This intricate project entailed the complete stripout and reconstruction  of the Main Foyer of a building which was the only access point for the residential apartments above, as well as a kids gymnastics and swimming pool activities centre which both remained in operation during the works. This required the works to be completed in stages and outside regular working hours.

Upon demolition of the existing floor covering, it was discovered that the existing slab was structurally inadequate and hence had to be demolished and reinstated, all after hours, due to the traffic restrictions and hours of business operations.

Overall, another successful project by the Brae Group Team, delivered on time and budget, despite all restrictions encountered.
