The Brae Group team successfully completed a comprehensive façade upgrade for the entire complex at 121-125 Bland Street, Ashfield. This involved the installation of scaffolding, removal of deteriorated render, application of new render to affected areas, and repainting all surfaces. Additionally, significant efforts were made to renovate the balconies, including demolition of existing tiles, application of waterproofing, retiling and replacing non-compliant sliding doors.

A notable challenge was ensuring minimal disruption to residents since access through internal areas or passenger lifts was not permitted due to the building being fully occupied throughout the project. The Brae Group team carefully staged the project to accommodate the needs and requirements of all residents, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout the duration of the renovation.
