Our Newtown project included replacement of deteriorated eaves and gutters to the entire building perimeter. The major works involved demolition of non-compliant balustrades and balcony floor tiles to all apartment balconies, core drilling and installation of floor wastes followed by the application of waterproofing and re-tiling of all balconies and installation of compliant balustrades.
