Our Caringbah project required a variety of works across multilevels. Major works included: Installation of window flashings, concrete spalling repairs, drummy render repairs and painting. The works also involved the upgrade of the internal courtyard on the GL, which incorporated demolition of the existing space, re-waterproofing and tiling; a complete upgrade of north eastern balconies which incorporated demolition of existing tiles and balustrades, re-waterproofing of balconies and installation of new balustrades.
