The Brae Group team completed a complete façade upgrade to the entire building which incorporated installation of a B class hoarding along the entire Princes Highway frontage, removal of all drummy render, application of new render to all affected areas and repainting of all areas. The other major works involved demolition of tiles to all balconies and common area courtyards, application of waterproofing and re tiling of all areas.  This project was challenging as no access was granted through internal areas or passenger lifts as the entire building was occupied for the duration of the project. The Brae Group team staged the project in a way to minimise impact on all occupants of the building paying attention to the various requirements voiced by the occupants.
