This project involved a façade upgrade which incorporated the replacement of all non-compliant balustrading. In order to achieve the desired outcome with a restricted budget, the methodology adopted incorporated the use of swinging stages in lieu of scaffolding. Considering the level of risk involved, the project was completed on time and budget with safety as our number priority, whilst the quality of the end product was not compromised.
